Percept's Testing Methodology
At Percept Technology Labs, we work with you to fully test, optimize and prove your product before it reaches your customers.
Our staff of experts will:

In-depth knowledge and extensive testing experience enable Percept to identify and solve critical problems early in the development process - saving you time, money and crucial engineering resources. The end result is that you can confidently launch your products on time and within budget.
Report Generation Process
Our report generation system is automated and final reports are available to our clients within 48 hours of the completion of testing. Aided by our secure firewall protected Fibre OC-3 network connection, we can deliver reports up to 25 MB via e-mail as encrypted or password-protected PDF or MS Word attachments. We can also deliver reports on a CD-ROM, or hard copies using an HP 4600 Color Laser printer.
Our Report Generation Process is as follows:
- Testing commences when data is automatically collected into our proprietary testing database.
- Engineer produces report with direct data from the testing database.
- Project manager reviews / edits report with Engineer.
- Technical Writer reviews / edits report.
- Final review by Project Manager.
- Document delivered per client requirements (PDF, MS Word, Hard Copy, or CD-ROM).
Test Scheduling and Priority Policy
Percept Technology Labs is committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients. Rather than assigning special priority levels of service or additional charges for special or rush jobs, we will strive meet your project and time requirements every time.
Whether we utilize our own test facilities or one of our accredited laboratory partners, our lead-time is typically hours, not days or weeks. If one facility isn't able to meet our time requirements, our strategic alliances provide us with several viable alternatives. Percept is able to provide day, evening and weekend testing coverage to meet your schedule requirements.
In nine years of business, we have never asked a client pay a cancellation or a rush fee. We believe that proper planning and good communication is the best way to provide excellent service and value to our customers.

Percept Technology Labs offers the highest degree of security
and confidentiality for our clients. We maintain complete confidentiality
of our customers' products, ideas, schedules, and business information
through strict adherence our privacy policy:
Client Confidential Information
Percept Technology Labs understands the critical
value of are clients proprietary information including product specifications,
test data, launch schedules, company product roadmaps etc. Percept
maintains strict confidentiality of all client data and information.
Data is stored in one central, secure location, and access to data
is restricted to only those employees authorized.
Our testing labs are secure, and can be accessed
only by combination-controlled locks. All visitors are registered
upon entry and are not allowed in the lab or office areas unless
on official business. A Percept employee always escorts visitors.
All client information and data, absolutely cannot be released
to anyone within or outside the client company without the actual client's
expressed permission.
All employees and staff at Percept Technology Labs
are covered by strong, legally administered, comprehensive confidentiality
agreements as a condition of employment.
Security of Information Collected
Percept Technology Labs is committed to protecting any
personal or company information that you may provide to us. We use the
personal information you provide only to respond to your inquiry or to
process your request. The information collected from you may include your
name, address, telephone, fax number, or e-mail address.
We will not re-sell, publish, or share in any other way
personal information about you under any circumstances. We maintain strict
physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal
information from unauthorized or inappropriate access.
